Key Responsibilities for Wealth Advisor:

- Provide expert advice on investment products, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning to help clients achieve financial success.
- Monitor and review clients' investment portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their financial goals and market conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactively addressing their financial concerns and opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related role.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements in Canada.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients effectively.

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
- Experience in high-net-worth client management.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Wealth Advisor position at Manulife Financial in Windsor, Ontario, Canada is between $70,000 to $90,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
