Key Responsibilities For Architect:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs and budget constraints.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and models using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance to junior architects and support staff to ensure project delivery within set timelines and budget constraints.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
- Full membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) or equivalent professional body.
- Proven experience in architectural design, project management, and construction administration.
- Sound knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to resolve complex design challenges.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for the Architect position at Local Construction Firms is £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
