Key Responsibilities for Office Coordinator:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Liaise with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Provide general administrative support to the office team
- Assist in organising company events, conferences, and team-building activities
- Maintain office cleanliness and organisation to create a conducive work environment
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office coordinator, administrator, or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment

- Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications
