Key Responsibilities For Treasury Analyst:
- Conduct cash management activities, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash flow positions, and executing fund transfers.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and treasury management systems.
- Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Finance or related field.
- Professional certification such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal or other financial data platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for the Treasury Analyst position at Morgan Stanley in Hartford, Connecticut is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
