Key Responsibilities for Patient Services Coordinator:

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in medical terminology, insurance verification, and electronic health records systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Healthcare Access or Patient Services Coordination
- Experience with Epic or other electronic medical records platforms
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environments
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in the community
