Key Responsibilities For Accounts Assistant:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, and bank deposits
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking
- Support the finance team with month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with audits and financial analysis as needed

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Accounts Assistant position at Kelly Services in Charleston, West Virginia, is $35,000 to $45,000, commensurate with experience.
