Key Responsibilities For Business Administrator:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and liaising on behalf of the management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Manage office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors to ensure all office resources are available and maintained.
- Facilitate the organization of internal and external events, including logistics, venue selection, and participant coordination.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Support the finance department by processing invoices, expense forms, and budget tracking.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and understanding of data analysis and reporting.

Compensation & Benefits:
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) offers a competitive compensation package for the Business Administrator position, with an annual salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
