Key Responsibilities for Finance Associate:
- Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities

- Support the finance team in month-end close processes and reconciliations
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desired Skills:
- CPA or progress towards certification is a plus
- Experience with financial software systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
