Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar HR support role. - Knowledge of HR processes and procedures. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Desired Skills: - SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus. - Experience working with HRIS systems. - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Compensation & Benefits: The annual salary range for the HR Administrative Assistant position at UnitedHealth Group in Portland, Oregon is $45,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience.
