Key Responsibilities for Change Management Specialist:

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and priorities.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software implementations or enterprise-wide transformation projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Project management skills to coordinate and execute change initiatives effectively.
- Knowledge of agile practices and methodologies.
