Key Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst (Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning purposes.
- Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in variance analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the accounting or finance industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the FP&A Analyst position at Crowe LLP in Albuquerque, New Mexico is $65,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
