Key Responsibilities for Training & Development Manager:

- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and other training tools.

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD).
- Experience in the aerospace, defense, or technology industry.
- Knowledge of virtual training platforms and e-learning technologies.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop competency frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training program effectiveness.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Training & Development Manager position at Lockheed Martin in Salt Lake City, Utah is $85,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
