Key Responsibilities For Compliance Officer (Healthcare):
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and policies

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory affairs
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, such as HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or willingness to obtain certification within the first year of employment

Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Law, or related field
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility
- Familiarity with compliance software and tools

Compensation & Benefits:
