Position Summary:
As a Remote HR Business Partner at HubSpot, you will play a pivotal role in driving our remote HR initiatives and supporting our distributed workforce. You will work closely with teams across the organization to deliver strategic HR solutions that align with our remote work culture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with remote teams to provide HR guidance and support on various people-related matters
- Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored for a remote workforce
- Partner with leadership to implement remote work policies and practices
- Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops on HR best practices for remote employees
- Manage remote employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Proven track record of supporting remote teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual collaboration
- Ability to navigate HRIS systems and remote team collaboration tools effectively

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones as needed

Desired Skills:
- SHRM certification or equivalent
- Experience with remote team building activities and virtual events
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive annual salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
