Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Remote Channel Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth through our channel partners. You will play a key role in expanding Microsoft's market presence and strengthening relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales opportunities and achieve mutual business goals
- Provide training, support, and resources to partners to enhance their sales capabilities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to optimize channel effectiveness

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in channel sales management within the technology industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and partner relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern time zones
- Proficient in using virtual meeting platforms and project management tools

Desired Skills:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Knowledge of cloud computing solutions
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving remote work environment

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 for this remote position, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide remote-specific benefits such as a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
