Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter in a remote or distributed team environment
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets in the tech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools for remote recruitment

Technical Requirements:

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Technical Recruiter position at Automattic (WordPress) is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
