Position Summary:
As a Remote Recruiter at GitLab, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our remote team. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to GitLab's mission of enabling collaboration without boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and recruitment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders remotely.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, virtual work setting.
- Proficiency in remote recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connectivity.
- Comfort working across different time zones to accommodate team collaboration.
- Familiarity with remote team collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in remote hiring.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a dynamic, distributed team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
GitLab offers a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 for the Remote Recruiter position, commensurate with experience.
