Position Summary:
As a Remote Implementation Manager at ConvertKit, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation of our software solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of onboarding new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional customer experience in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the implementation process for new clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set project timelines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on ConvertKit's products and best practices
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to meet client needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports to track implementation progress and outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management or implementation roles, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools and project management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Availability to work flexible hours with occasional overlap during Pacific Time Zone
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools like Zoom and project management platforms like Asana or Trello

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Implementation Manager position at ConvertKit is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience.
