Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Remote Product Owner to join our distributed team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features

- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet connectivity
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Jira
- Availability to work in Pacific or Eastern time zones

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Agile or Product Management
- Experience with fintech or SaaS products
- Familiarity with data analytics and user experience design

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for the Remote Product Owner position at Revolut is $90,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.
