Position Summary:
McKinsey is seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our Remote Design & Creative team. As a remote Brand Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining McKinsey's brand identity across various digital and print platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse team of creatives while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative design concepts that align with McKinsey's brand guidelines
- Create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and other brand materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices to enhance McKinsey's brand presence

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Brand Designer or similar role in a remote or distributed team environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding projects and design expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Technical Requirements:
- Fully equipped home office with high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work effectively in the Eastern or Central time zone
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace

Desired Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments and tight deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:
McKinsey offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 for the Remote Brand Designer position, commensurate with experience. In addition to market-rate compensation, employees enjoy remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
