Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Remote Recruiter to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our remote HR & Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates for various positions within the organization. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from any location in the USA, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to our team from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of remote hiring processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet access
- Proficient in using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones within the USA

Desired Skills:
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
