Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience, for our Remote Account Executive position. In addition to market-rate compensation, Toptal provides remote-specific benefits including a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding, and opportunities for virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
