Position Summary: Fitbit is seeking a Remote Implementation Manager to oversee and drive the successful implementation of projects within our remote project management team. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. - Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management regularly. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a remote work environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting. - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders virtually. - Proficiency in project management tools and software for remote collaboration. Technical Requirements: - Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection. - Proficient in using remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Asana. - Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with flexibility in working hours to accommodate team members across different time zones. Desired Skills: - Experience with Agile project management methodologies. - Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent). - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a remote team setting. Compensation & Benefits: Fitbit offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 for the Remote Implementation Manager position, commensurate with experience. Remote-specific benefits include a home office stipend or equipment provision, flexible working hours, virtual onboarding process, and virtual team building activities. Occasional travel may be required for team meetups.
