Remote Agile Coach

Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at Atlassian, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our distributed teams to adopt and implement Agile methodologies successfully. You will work closely with various teams to enhance their Agile practices, drive continuous improvement, and ensure project delivery aligns with Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor remote teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance collaboration
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency
- Provide guidance on Agile tools and best practices for remote team collaboration

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with remote team members effectively
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to suit the needs of distributed teams
- Comfortable working independently and leading remote workshops and training sessions

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup conducive to remote work
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for virtual meetings and collaboration
- Comfortable working within US time zones, with flexibility for occasional team meetings
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack

Desired Skills:
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
- Experience with remote team building activities and virtual workshops
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive annual salary range for Remote Agile Coaches at Atlassian, ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a market-rate salary, we provide remote-specific benefits, including a home office stipend or equipment, flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule, and a virtual onboarding process for seamless integration into our remote team.
