Position Summary:
As a Remote Product Designer at DigitalOcean, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our cloud platform and services. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and deliver high-quality user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with DigitalOcean's brand guidelines and user experience principles.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall design strategy.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in a remote work environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with flexibility in working hours to accommodate team collaboration across different time zones.

Desired Skills:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience and expertise in remote product design.
