Position Summary:
ActiveCampaign is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our remote team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative visual concepts for digital and print materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials
- Conduct design research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and optimize visual assets for different platforms

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role in a remote setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and proficiency in design tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
- Availability to work in Pacific Time Zone (PT) for team meetings and sync-ups

Desired Skills:
- Experience with UX/UI design principles and prototyping tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design for web projects
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in remote design projects

Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary range: $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience
