Remote Agile Coach

Position Summary:
As a Remote Agile Coach at Skillshare, you will play a key role in driving our agile project management practices to ensure efficient project delivery and team collaboration in a remote setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement agile methodologies, facilitate sprint planning, conduct retrospectives, and provide coaching to enhance team performance and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize agile methodologies within remote project teams
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach team members on agile practices and principles for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and ensure project alignment
- Identify and address project roadblocks to optimize delivery efficiency
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation within remote teams

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a remote work environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in distributed teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage remote team members effectively
- Ability to facilitate remote meetings and workshops using virtual collaboration tools
- Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus
- Demonstrated success in improving team performance and project delivery in a remote setup

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Jira, and Trello
- Availability to work within Pacific to Eastern Time Zones for team synchronization
- Experience in using video conferencing for virtual meetings and workshops

Desired Skills:
- Experience in coaching remote teams for agile transformation
- Familiarity with remote team building activities and virtual icebreakers
- Knowledge of Kanban and Lean methodologies for process optimization
- Ability to adapt to evolving remote work practices and technologies

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
