Position Summary:
As a Remote Learning & Development Specialist at Shopify, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of our remote HR & Talent Acquisition team. You will design, deliver, and evaluate innovative learning solutions to support the professional growth and development of our distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement remote-friendly training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and create tailored development plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through feedback, assessments, and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in remote learning and development to enhance our programs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering remote learning programs for distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage remote learners effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a remote work setting.

Technical Requirements:
- Dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working across different time zones to accommodate team members' schedules.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual classroom platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
