Position Summary

Cerebral is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our email campaign strategy and execution. This is a fully REMOTE position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As the Lead Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure the success of our email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with Cerebral’s overall growth objectives.
• Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• A/B test email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize performance.
• Analyze email campaign performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging email templates.
• Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and industry trends.
• Manage and mentor junior email marketing team members (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Report on email marketing performance to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template creation.
• Must reside in the United States.

Technical Requirements

As a fully remote company, Cerebral requires that all team members have a suitable home office setup and reliable internet access.

• Dedicated Home Office: A quiet and distraction-free workspace.
• High-Speed Internet: Minimum upload/download speeds of 25 Mbps.
• Computer & Headset: Company-provided laptop and noise-canceling headset.
• Time Zone: Must be able to work during core business hours in the Pacific Time (PT) zone, although flexible working hours are generally available.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this remote position is $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience.
