Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute our sales strategy within the SMB market. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our specialized solutions tailored to SMBs. This role requires a strong understanding of channel sales methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This remote position requires a self-starter who can manage their time effectively and contribute to a collaborative, virtual team environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy for the SMB market. Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, including resellers, integrators, and consultants. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations. Provide training, support, and resources to partners to enable them to effectively sell and support our solutions. Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement joint marketing programs with channel partners. Track and analyze channel sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Accurately forecast sales and manage the channel sales budget. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment. Report on sales activities and provide regular updates to leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, with a focus on the SMB market. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of channel sales methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Must be able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Must reside in the United States. Technical Requirements To ensure a productive and efficient remote work experience, the following technical requirements must be met: Dedicated home office space free from distractions. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this remote position is $140,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
