Position Summary
Spotify is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Trainer - Customer Success to join our dynamic team. This is a FULLY REMOTE position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs for our Customer Success sales teams. You will partner with sales leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs, create curriculum, and measure the impact of training initiatives. Your focus will be on equipping our Customer Success teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to achieve their sales targets and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the Customer Success sales teams.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs using a variety of modalities, including virtual instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and on-the-job coaching.
- Create training materials, including presentations, workbooks, job aids, and assessments.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person (if required for occasional team meetups) and virtually, using best practices for adult learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with sales leadership and subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with business objectives and sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales methodologies, industry trends, and Spotify’s products and services.
- Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS) and other training platforms.
- Collaborate with other trainers and instructional designers to share best practices and ensure consistency in training delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, with a focus on Customer Success or account management.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs using a variety of modalities.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales technology.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
- Must be able to work core hours within the US time zones to facilitate collaboration with the team.
Technical Requirements
As a fully remote employee, you are responsible for maintaining a suitable home office environment that supports productivity and effective communication.
- Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed).

- Certification in sales training or coaching.

Compensation & Benefits
