Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital CRO Specialist focused on Social Media to join our dynamic remote marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our social media presence to drive conversions, increase engagement, and improve overall ROI. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, social media managers, and data analysts, to implement data-driven strategies and achieve our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive audits of our social media channels to identify areas for improvement in conversion rates. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for social media ads, landing pages, and other marketing assets to optimize performance. Analyze social media data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform CRO efforts. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and persuasive social media content that drives conversions. Work with the social media management team to optimize posting schedules and targeting strategies. Implement tracking and measurement tools to monitor the effectiveness of CRO initiatives. Stay up-to-date on the latest CRO trends and best practices in the social media landscape. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Contribute to the development of a CRO roadmap and prioritize projects based on potential impact. Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with a focus on social media. Proven track record of improving conversion rates through data-driven strategies. Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Twitter Analytics). Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be located within the United States and authorized to work in the US. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment, including proactive communication and self-motivation. Technical Requirements To be successful in this remote role, you will need the following: A dedicated workspace free from distractions. High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload). Reliable computer and peripherals (webcam, microphone, headphones). Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. While we offer flexible working hours, availability during core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (ET) is preferred for team collaboration. Desired Skills Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with marketing automation tools. Certification in CRO or related field. Experience with project management tools like Asana or Jira. Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms quickly. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this fully remote position is $90,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience and location.
