Position Summary
Goodwin Procter is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Analytics Product Analyst β Data Visualization to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining impactful data visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights to our internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with business users, data engineers, and other analysts to understand their needs, translate them into effective visual solutions, and drive data-informed decision-making across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data visualization and reporting needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Transform raw data into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all visualizations.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for data visualization tools and dashboards.
- Contribute to the development of data visualization best practices and standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing visualizations and reporting processes.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualization trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong self-motivation and time-management skills are essential for remote success.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team using virtual communication tools.
Technical Requirements
As a remote employee, you are required to maintain a suitable home office environment. This includes:
- A dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
- A modern computer with sufficient processing power and memory to run data visualization software.
- A webcam and microphone for virtual meetings.
- Goodwin Procter will provide a home office stipend to assist with setting up your workspace.
- The ideal candidate should be able to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours to facilitate collaboration with the team.
Desired Skills
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing technologies.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and location. Goodwin Procter offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
