Position Summary

Stripe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Marketing Analyst specializing in Predictive Modeling to join our growing marketing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States. As a Research Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in leveraging data and predictive modeling techniques to improve marketing effectiveness and drive business growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models to forecast customer behavior, optimize marketing campaigns, and identify new opportunities for targeting and personalization. This role requires a strong analytical background, expertise in statistical modeling, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast customer behavior, including churn, lifetime value, and purchase propensity.
  • Analyze large datasets from various sources, including marketing campaigns, website analytics, and customer databases.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify key business questions and translate them into actionable analytical projects.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in predictive modeling and marketing analytics.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to a collaborative remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or data science role.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing predictive models using statistical software such as R or Python.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques, including regression, classification, and clustering.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.

Technical Requirements

As a fully remote employee, you are required to maintain a suitable home office environment with the following:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum upload/download speed of 25 Mbps.
  • Dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Ergonomic desk and chair setup.
  • Company-provided laptop and necessary software. A home office stipend is provided to assist with setting up your workspace.
  • Availability to work during core business hours in the Pacific Time Zone (PT).

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this fully remote position is $110,000 - $150,000, commensurate with experience and location. Stripe offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
