Position Summary Mozilla is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our email campaign strategy and execution. As a key member of our growth marketing team, you will be responsible for driving user engagement, acquisition, and retention through compelling and effective email marketing programs. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute email marketing strategies to support Mozilla's growth objectives. Manage end-to-end email campaign processes, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to create compelling email content that resonates with our target audience. Optimize email performance through continuous testing and data-driven insights. Monitor and analyze key email metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates. Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices. Manage and maintain email marketing platforms and databases. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Develop and implement automated email programs to nurture leads and drive user engagement. Report on email marketing performance to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and regulations. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Iterable, Braze). Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Must be a self-starter and detail-oriented. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-discipline, time management, and communication skills. Technical Requirements Dedicated home office space suitable for focused work. Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed). Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this fully remote position is $110,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience.
