Position Summary Perkins Coie is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Performance Marketing Analyst to focus on optimizing our email campaigns. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for analyzing email performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with marketing managers, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop and execute data-informed email marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities Analyze email campaign performance data, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Develop and implement A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, calls to action, and other elements. Identify trends and patterns in email data to understand audience behavior and preferences. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track email performance and communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing managers to develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Work with content creators to optimize email content for maximum engagement and conversion. Monitor and analyze competitor email marketing activities to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations, including CAN-SPAM Act. Manage email list segmentation and targeting to improve personalization and relevance. Troubleshoot email deliverability issues and work with IT to resolve technical problems. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in email marketing analytics. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot). Proven ability to analyze email campaign performance data and identify actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote work environment. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this remote Growth Performance Marketing Analyst - Email Campaigns position is $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
