Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Growth SEO Specialist - Growth Hacking to join our dynamic marketing team in a fully REMOTE role. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative SEO strategies to drive organic growth, increase website traffic, and improve search engine rankings. You will leverage your expertise in SEO best practices, growth hacking techniques, and data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion. This position is open to candidates residing anywhere in the USA. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact SEO opportunities. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues affecting search engine rankings. Utilize growth hacking techniques to identify and test innovative SEO strategies. Analyze website traffic data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all online activities. Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates. Develop and implement link building strategies to increase website authority. Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions, for search engines. Report on SEO performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on growth hacking. Proven track record of driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Must be a resident of the United States. Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this REMOTE Growth SEO Specialist - Growth Hacking position is $80,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and location within the United States.
