Position Summary Indiabulls Housing Finance is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Banker to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential investment opportunities. Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment scenarios and returns. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Identify and assess market trends, risks, and opportunities in the housing finance sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute financial transactions. Support fundraising initiatives, including debt and equity financing. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Required Qualifications 3 to 8 years of experience in investment banking, financial analysis, or a related field. Proficiency in financial analysis, data analysis, and financial modeling. Strong understanding of capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines. Required Education A PhD in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position. Desired Skills Experience in the housing finance or real estate sector. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software. Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the financial services industry. Compensation & Benefits Indiabulls Housing Finance offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $99,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
