Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in nursing leadership and charge nurse responsibilities.
• Strong ability to coordinate and lead a healthcare team.
• 0 to 13 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

Required Education

Others: Degree in Nursing (Associate or Bachelor’s) from an accredited institution.

Desired Skills

• Experience in occupational health or corporate nursing settings.
• Familiarity with remote healthcare delivery and virtual patient care.
• Certification in occupational health nursing (COHN) or related fields.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits
