Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting and forecasting purposes. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against forecasts and budgets. Support ad-hoc financial projects and provide data-driven recommendations. Required Qualifications 1 to 15 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting. Proficiency in Excel and advanced financial modeling techniques. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Experience in budget planning and financial forecasting. Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders. Required Education A PhD in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required for this position. Desired Skills Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion. Knowledge of statistical analysis tools like R or Python. Familiarity with international financial regulations and reporting standards. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Compensation & Benefits China Evergrande Group offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
