Position Summary

Shree Cement is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in managing procurement activities, optimizing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement processes, purchase order management, and data analysis, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve inventory control.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and inventory levels.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 12 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in procurement processes, purchase order management, and vendor communication.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and inventory control.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Required Education

Others (Relevant certifications or equivalent experience in procurement or supply chain management will be considered.)

Compensation & Benefits
