Position Summary

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with project goals and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, space planning, and material selection, along with proficiency in CAD software. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative interior design concepts and space plans that meet client requirements and project objectives.
• Apply principles of color theory and material selection to create cohesive and visually appealing designs.
• Utilize CAD software (e.g., SketchUp) to produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to ensure design alignment with functional and budgetary needs.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of professional experience in architectural or interior design.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong expertise in interior design, space planning, and color theory.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients and manage project budgets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.

Desired Skills

• Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and rendering software.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.

Compensation & Benefits

Arthur J. Gallagher offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $106,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and a flexible work environment.
