Position Summary

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Amazon.com will provide high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on geriatric populations. This remote role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric healthcare and a passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for elderly patients, incorporating pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in telehealth consultations to provide remote care to patients.

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• 3 to 11 years of clinical experience, with a focus on geriatric healthcare.
• Proficiency in geriatric assessment, treatment, and pharmacology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards of care.

Required Education

A Post Graduate Degree in Nursing (Master’s or Doctorate) from an accredited institution is required. Specialization or additional certification in geriatric care is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Amazon.com offers a competitive salary range of $56,000 to $107,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
