Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supplier diversity programs to promote inclusive procurement practices. Conduct supplier assessments and certifications to ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion standards. Collect, analyze, and report data on supplier diversity metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement. Engage with vendors to foster long-term relationships and expand the bank's diverse supplier network. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance procurement processes. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to procurement and supplier diversity. Required Qualifications 5 to 14 years of experience in procurement, supplier diversity, or vendor management. Proven expertise in supplier diversity programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop and execute strategic procurement plans. High attention to detail and commitment to diversity and inclusion principles. Required Education Others Desired Skills Experience in the financial services or banking sector. Familiarity with procurement software and tools. Certification in procurement or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Compensation & Benefits Kotak Mahindra Bank offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
