Position Summary Best Buy is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with Best Buy’s brand identity and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, UI design, and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials, including advertisements, web graphics, social media content, and promotional collateral. Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, adhering to Best Buy’s design guidelines. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards. Required Qualifications 2 to 13 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools. Strong understanding of web design principles, UI design, and visual communication. Expertise in typography, color theory, and layout design. Demonstrated creativity and artistic skills with a strong portfolio of previous work. Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with team members. Required Education A Post Graduate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required. Desired Skills Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles. Familiarity with UX research and usability testing methodologies. Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. Compensation & Benefits Best Buy offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $58,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
