Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and cost-control measures to ensure profitability. Lead and mentor a remote team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement optimization strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust operations to meet business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with company objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Required Qualifications 1 to 12 years of experience in operations management or a related field. Proven expertise in strategic planning and execution. Strong background in budgeting and financial analysis. Demonstrated ability in leadership and team management. Experience in process improvement and optimization. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Required Education A Post graduate Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required. Desired Skills Experience in retail or e-commerce operations. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms and project management software. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies. Compensation & Benefits Target offers a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $106,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
