Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IT and process enhancements. Perform data analysis to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making. Develop detailed functional specifications, workflows, and process maps. Facilitate meetings and workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions. Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management. Required Qualifications 5 to 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proven expertise in business process analysis and requirement gathering. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or BI platforms. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity. Required Education Others: A degree or certification in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered. Desired Skills Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of ERP systems or enterprise-level software solutions. Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Trello. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus. Compensation & Benefits ITC Limited offers a competitive salary range of $57,000 to $127,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
