Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of creative concepts, visual designs, and art direction for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and corporate communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and digital teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling. Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and brand consistency. Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior designers and external creative partners. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual design and advertising. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Required Qualifications 4 to 15 years of professional experience in art direction, visual design, or a related creative field. Proven expertise in creative leadership, concept development, and visual design. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of advertising, branding, and marketing projects. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Required Education A Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is required. Desired Skills Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is a plus. Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design tools. Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms. Ability to adapt creative strategies for diverse audiences and cultural contexts. Compensation & Benefits Power Grid Corporation of India offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
