Position Summary M&T Bank is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This role will focus on creating high-quality print and digital designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design and produce print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visually compelling layouts and compositions. Manage print production processes, including prepress preparation, color correction, and proofing. Apply expertise in color theory and management to ensure accurate and consistent print results. Maintain organized files and adhere to project timelines while meeting deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in print design and production. Required Qualifications 2 to 12 years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on print materials. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and other print design software. Strong understanding of layout, composition, and typography principles. Knowledge of print production processes, including prepress and color management. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce error-free designs. Familiarity with print industry standards and best practices. Required Education A Post Graduate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is required. Desired Skills Experience with digital design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch. Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. Strong communication and project management skills. Compensation & Benefits M&T Bank offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $119,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
