Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support business objectives. Conduct tax planning and compliance reviews to minimize liabilities and ensure regulatory adherence. Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Required Qualifications 2 to 9 years of experience in financial analysis, investment strategy, or related fields. Proficiency in financial planning, retirement planning, and tax knowledge. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines. Required Education A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required for this position. Desired Skills Certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CPA are a plus. Experience with financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI). Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $57,000 to $96,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
